One who does a mistake & supports it lacks maturity. But doing repentance with
guilt also doesn't help. That's why Master/Disciple tradition exists. Master
guides the disciple to be free from guilt. If you simply tell the Master or
yourself that some mistake has happened the mind calms down. A mistake happens
becoz of ignorance. When you have lit the lamp of knowledge inside, you become
free in the present.

Prana is present in everything. In fact we are floating in air, in an ocean of
prana. Stones have got 1 unit of prana. Water has got 2 units of prana. Fire has
got 3 units of prana. Air has got 4 units of prana. Plants have got 5 units of
prana. Animals have got 6 units of prana. Human beings are capable of holding
from 7 to 16 units of prana. The expression of prana is the whole universe.

You take a goal and offer it to the Divine while working for it – “This is what
I want and you know what is best for me. If there is anything better, I am ready
to accept.” Sometimes U don’t know what U want. If you get something, U don’t
want the same thing the next week, next month or next year. So, before you make
an intention, expand Ur awareness. Put an intention to the universe -I want this
or anything better

The way you act, God awards the fruit of the action accordingly. If you steal
God will come to you as a policeman. Your actions good or bad decide your
experience of joy and sorrow. Joy and sorrow are the outcomes of your
discretion. For e.g. It is ok if you drink one glass of milk. But if you drink
three kilos of milk then? Without the use of discretion, nectar can turn to be

You take shower in the morning to clean your body. After that you do all the
daily activities. You don’t have to keep on taking a shower throughout the day.
It is like that. You meditate and calm your mind, then go on with other
activities. It is not easy to keep yourself undisturbed but it will happen if
